Our Insulated Box Liners and Insulated Envelopes are made from true aluminium foil, which has been coated in a thin LDPE coating. This LDPE Coating helps the product with its rigidity so that these liners can be re-used. Because of the above points the products unfortunately cannot be recycled. There is however significantly less wastage using these rather than say polystyrene. The singles are only 3mm thick and the doubles are 4mm, compared to an equivalent amount of either 25mm / 55mm of polystyrene!
CoolaPacks can be refrozen and reused. However, if you / your customer does wish to dispose of these simply make a small slit in each of the cells to allow the gel inside to go down the sink – as the gel inside is water-soluble. As for the Foil and the fabric that holds the gel, this would go to landfill – it cannot be recycled.
We have carried out internal tests and are aware that many of our customers have conducted external testing – we always advise our customers to sample, prior to taking a larger order. This is owed to the fact there are many external variables, such as outside temperature, temperature of your product, volume – we offer samples so you can make sure you have the perfect solution to protect your products whilst in transit / storage.

Our high performing multifoil insulation products are designed for a variety of uses. ThermaPack Single is commonly used to keep products at an ambient temperature throughout transit. ThermaPack Double is commonly used to keep products cold and frozen (when using CoolaPacks) throughout transit.

We  regulary deliver our products into Europe and have reduced rates with our Couriers for doing so. Delivery times and costs do vary, so we recommend to enquire using either our contact us page or by emailing us on post@tpsolutions.no

Our Insulated Container Liners are extremely easy to install. Usually this can take 2 people around 30-45 minutes to complete.

We recommend to measure the internal Length, Width and Height of your Cardboard Box. You can then enter your dimensions into our ‘Box Liner Calculator’ which will send through a quote to your email.

Our Pallet Covers are extremely easy to install. If you have ordered our ‘one piece’ Standard pallet Covers you will simply lift this over your goods. If Installing or ThermaPack Double Or EcoQuilt Expert Pallet Covers we recommend to follow the easy step-by-step Video on the Pallet Cover Webpage Here.

If you are using our Insulated Envelopes or Box Liners, we would recommend to include our CoolaPack Ice Pads or Gel Packs within the liner. This will create a cold source for the Insulation to relfect back cold, keeping your goods frozen throughout transit. We do also recommend to trial your product alongside our insulation beforehand, to ensure you are using enough CoolaPacks within the liner.
